Venado Leather Co. is a small, family-run shop based in Atascosa County, Texas. We’re a husband and wife team with a deep love for craftsmanship, the outdoors, and good old-fashioned hard work.
Every product we sell is handcrafted in our shop, where the smell of leather fills the air. My husband, Brody, is the maker behind each of our handcrafted products. Every stitch, stamp, and detail is done with care and purpose.
I’m the wife behind the scenes, handling the communication, marketing, and operations so that every order runs smoothly and every customer feels like family.
We started this business to create unique, dependable gear for hunters like us. What began as a personal project turned into something much bigger, thanks to the support of our community and the satisfaction of knowing we’re building something real.

We strive to make sure you are confident before purchasing from us, so we’ve provided some of the most common questions we get from our customers to take the worry away.
Most of our items are made to order. That’s how we keep the quality high and personal. However, we try to keep at least a few of everything on hand. If there is a long wait time, we’ll be sure to let you know.

We started with one scabbard, built for ourselves, and it just took off from there. It’s a way for us to work together, build something lasting, and serve the hunting and ranching community we love.
We currently keep about a 1 week turnaround time. If something comes up and we are not able to fulfil this, we’ll make sure to let you know.
Because our products are handmade, we do not accept returns unless there’s a mistake on our part or item defect.
