Venado Leather Co. specializes in handmade, made-to-order leather goods. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


Made-to-Order & Final Sale Items

All products sold by Venado Leather Co. are handcrafted and made to order, including (but not limited to) truck gun scabbards, headrest gun slings, shotgun belt rests, and any stamped or customized items.

Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect item selection by the customer

  • Fit, preference, or aesthetic concerns

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items damaged after delivery

If you are unsure which product or option to order, you must contact us prior to purchasing. We are happy to answer questions before an order is placed.


Errors on Our Part

Refunds or replacements will be considered only if:

  • The item received is incorrect from what was ordered, or

  • The item has a manufacturing defect attributable to our workmanship

To be eligible:

  • You must email us at info@venadoleatherco.com within 3 business days of delivery

  • You must provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

If approved, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
We do not offer exchanges.


Shipping & Transit Damage

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.

Once an order leaves our shop and is in the possession of the carrier, Venado Leather Co. is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays that occur during transit.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • You must retain all packaging materials

  • You must email us at info@venadoleatherco.com within 3 business days of delivery

  • UPS may require photos, packaging inspection, or pickup to process a claim

UPS shipping insurance and claims are handled through the carrier, not the seller. We will provide reasonable assistance with documentation if needed, but we are not responsible for carrier-caused damage.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • We do not cover return shipping unless the issue is solely due to our error

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted


Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior authorization or outside the conditions outlined above will be refused and returned to sender.
